ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Yi. It means art in Chinese. Nice to meet you all.  I am a mother of a three year old boy and he is my most precious treasure. I like to travel and I love romance novels and movies, hahaha. And most of all I am a portrait photographer. I particularly love to shoot fashion portrait, engagement and wedding portraits. I think what makes me different from other photographers is that I love the natural beauty of people so I don't want people to stand still and make poses. I usually ask people to move, to run, to dance, to laugh, so I can catch the most natural and beautiful moments and maybe get a little of their inside true selves.  Each time I take the photos, I feel that I am making a movie. Each movie has a unique story and the people are the story tellers. I appreciate each opportunity to meet different people. I feel honored that I can be part of their life and I feel thankful that they choose me to record some of their precious moments.
